1. Controller
REDDO Talent Acquisition Inc. will act as controller for data submitted through the public website. Final corporate identification and legal address must be completed before publication.
2. Data collected
The application may collect a name or artistic name, Telegram and Instagram usernames, professional goals, language, age confirmation, consent and limited campaign attribution data.
3. Purposes
We use the information to assess applications, contact applicants, prevent abuse, keep an operational record and prepare potential onboarding into REDDO services.
4. Consent
The application is processed with the person’s explicit consent and cannot be submitted without accepting this policy and confirming an age of at least 18.
5. Retention and security
Data will be kept only for the period REDDO determines to be necessary and legally approves. Access controls, structured storage and notification status records will be applied.
6. Providers and transfers
REDDO may use hosting, bot-protection and email providers. The final version will identify active providers and safeguards for international transfers.
7. Rights
A person may request access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal of consent by writing to contact@reddotalent.com. REDDO will verify identity before fulfilling requests involving personal data.
